RETURNS
Not loving your new item? No problem! From the moment your order is delivered to you, you have fourteen days to return the item(s). Items returned after this will not be accepted.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact us on Lilyandrose@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment in which we estimate a refund within 14 days on receiving the returned package, we try to work as quickly as possible.
Please note SALE items are non-refundable.

Please include the returns slip enclosed in your parcel with your name and address to ensure it can be processed correctly.
Your item(s) can then be returned to the following address:

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
IMPORTANT!
All items being returned must:
SALE items are non-refundable
Have all labels attached
In original condition
Be unused/ not worn
Be unwashed
Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
Pierced jewellery or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items, they must be returned to us in good condition and with all tags still attached. Unfortunately, if they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy they will not be accepted for a refund, this will be at the customer's expense.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of a return is on behalf of the sender and is therefore not reimbursed by Lily and Rose Boutique.
